On our first group meeting, we decided to set up our weekly meetings of two lunchtimes, one after school and two free periods over two weeks. We came up with a set of rules by which we will follow throughout our project. These are:
1. Discuss any problems we may come across, with everyone else in the group.
2. Be on time to all meetings.
3. We should do our own individual research so we are not relying on others for all information for making and planning the opening.
We also decided that if anyone were to be ill or missing a lesson/meeting for any reason, we should inform the rest of the group straight away, so we are aware that we will need to catch up on any missed planning. Lastly, we decided to set up a Facebook page and group chat, to easily share information with any of the others, including last minute meetings and any important research or questions we have about the project.
